She specializes in services that include - eyelash extensions, lash lifts, facials, and full body waxing just to name a few.Monique is a licensed cosmetologist and complies with the CDC COVID-19 protocol & safety measures. At London's Beauty Studio, she makes it her #1 priority to provide quality service to her new and loyal clients in a timely manner and to achieve this please review our updated scheduling guidelines below.
1. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
2. Guests and Children: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that no extra guests or children accompany you to your appointment. This policy ensures that all clients can enjoy their services without distractions.
3. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another slot. This policy allows us to honor appointments for all clients and maintain a timely schedule.
4. Working on Other Lash Artists' Work: Due to the uncertain quality and possible complications associated with previously done lash work, we cannot work on other lash artists' designs. In such cases, a removal and full set will be required to ensure the best results for our clients.
5. Client Profile Pictures: As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we take pictures of our new clients' natural lashes. These pictures will be saved to your online profile so that we can monitor progress and tailor our services to suit your individual needs.
6. Makeup-Free Arrivals and Lash Baths: To ensure a clean application and maximize the longevity of lash extensions, we recommend arriving without any makeup. If clients require a lash bath before their appointment, a fee of $5 will be charged. This additional step helps maintain the quality and durability of your lash extensions.
